Why Karachi
Karachi businesses do not have a technology problem. They have a process problem.
Karachi ecommerce lives with cash on delivery, variable connectivity and logistics that need close integration to be reliable. A store that assumes a card payment on fibre will underperform badly; one built for the actual conditions — light pages, honest delivery information, order status people can check — does not.
Karachi is where ASTACKRA is based, at 15/5 Block 3D, Nazimabad No. 3. The local market is unusually well suited to this work: large businesses running on manual processes that were designed decades ago, with enough volume that automation pays back quickly, and enough technical staff to maintain a system once it is handed over. We can meet in person, which shortens the first fortnight of any project considerably.
A storefront is the easy half. Pakistani data protection law continues to develop, and clients exporting to the UK, EU or Gulf inherit their customers' obligations regardless. Where you serve regulated customers abroad we design to the stricter standard, because it is far cheaper than retrofitting it when a customer asks.

Shopify or a custom build?
Shopify for almost everyone, almost always. Custom is justified when the selling model itself is unusual — complex configuration, contract pricing, or an operational workflow no platform supports — and not because a developer prefers it.
Can you fix a slow store rather than rebuilding it?
Frequently, yes, and it is a fraction of the cost. We measure the store from real visits first and tell you honestly whether the problem is the theme, the apps, the images or the architecture.
What about the apps we already pay for?
They get audited. Ecommerce stores commonly carry several apps doing overlapping jobs, each adding script weight to every page, and removing two of them is sometimes the single biggest performance win available.
Can you connect the store to our accounting and stock systems?
Yes, and that is usually where the real saving is. The integration work is less visible than a redesign and considerably more valuable once order volume climbs.
Do you handle ongoing changes?
Yes, under an explicit arrangement. We also build the admin tooling so your own team can handle merchandising, content and promotions without us.
