AI & workflow automation · Riyadh

AI automation for Riyadh businesses

We connect the forms, inboxes, documents and systems your team moves work between, and put AI only where judgement is actually needed. The result is a process you can see, measure and trust — not a chatbot bolted onto a broken workflow.

Why Riyadh

Riyadh businesses do not have a technology problem. They have a process problem.

Riyadh has an administrative bottleneck created by its own pace: too many contractors, submissions and approvals moving through processes designed for a fraction of the volume. Automation here has to handle Arabic properly, and anything touching billing has to produce invoices that satisfy ZATCA's electronic invoicing requirements rather than being reformatted afterwards.

Riyadh is the fastest-moving major market in the region and the volume of capital projects has created an operational problem rather than a technical one: too many contractors, too many submissions, too many approvals, tracked across too many spreadsheets. Arabic-first interfaces, right-to-left layout done properly, and documents that arrive in both languages are the baseline, not an enhancement.

Most automation projects fail for the same reason: somebody automated the process as it was written down rather than as it is actually performed, and the exceptions — which is where all the time goes — were left untouched. We start by mapping what really happens, including the parts people handle informally, and we automate the path that costs you money.

Ce que nous concevons

AI & workflow automation, built to be run by your team.

01

Workflow orchestration

Intake, assignment, checks, approvals, notifications and completion, with one owner at every moment and a status anyone can read.

02

Intelligence documentaire

Tenders, invoices, contracts and forms read into structured fields, with per-field accuracy agreed before the build and anything uncertain flagged rather than guessed.

03

System integration

CRM, ERP, finance, email and portals connected properly, with a decision on record about which system owns which field.

04

AI where it earns its place

Classification, extraction, summarisation and next-best-step. Deterministic code performs the action; the model never does.

05

Human approval built in

A named person approves anything binding, sees the evidence the system used, and that approval is recorded.

06

Measurement from day one

Cycle time, exception rate and where work is stuck, visible from launch rather than reconstructed later.

Proof you can open

Systems that exist, not case studies that describe them.

This site serves hand-written Arabic with correct right-to-left rendering, which is a small but reliable indicator of whether a supplier treats Arabic as a first language or a translation layer.

What good looks like

Four tests any supplier should pass.

If you are comparing suppliers in Riyadh, these are worth asking about before the portfolio comes out. They separate a system that will still be working in three years from one that demonstrates well.

See what we commit to ↗

  • The process is visible: anyone can answer "where is that job?" without asking a colleague.
  • Exceptions are routed to a person with the context attached, not dropped into an inbox.
  • Nothing binding happens without a human approving it, and the approval is in the record.
  • When something breaks, an alert reaches a person before a customer notices.

How an engagement runs

Bounded, staged, and reversible at every point.

  1. Cartographier

We find the real bottleneck, the owners, the data and the decision the system has to make. Usually three to five days.

  2. Prove

A fixed-scope sprint on the riskiest part, with a success criterion agreed in writing beforehand and the honest answer at the end — including stop.

  3. Développer

Staged releases, each usable on its own, so the business keeps running while it changes.

  4. Hand over

Written architecture decisions, a runbook, training, and code your team can read. Support is a separate choice, not an assumption.

What it costs

We publish one fixed price — a fixed-scope AI sprint — and we will not quote a workflow we have not seen. The estimator will give you a phased plan, a timeline band and an indicative size against that price, as a document you can forward to whoever signs.

Working with Riyadh

Time zones, handled rather than hoped

Riyadh is two hours behind Karachi, and the working week runs Sunday to Thursday rather than Monday to Friday. We work the Saudi week when a Saudi client needs it: Sunday is a working day on the project, and Friday is not. That is a scheduling decision we make at the start rather than a surprise in week three.

What a build here has to satisfy

Rules that shape the architecture

Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law applies and carries expectations about where personal data is processed. ZATCA electronic invoicing is mandatory and any system that touches billing has to produce compliant invoices and integrate with the clearance process. Local content and Saudization requirements affect how engagements are structured, and that is discussed openly rather than discovered later.

Before you call

The questions we get asked first.

Can you automate our process without replacing the software we already use?

Usually, yes. CRM, email, forms, databases and portals can often be connected into a controlled automation layer, depending on what interfaces they expose. Replacing everything is rarely the cheapest route, and we will say so when it is not.

How long before we see something working?

A bounded first release is measured in weeks, not quarters. We would rather put a narrow working version in front of your team early than demonstrate a wide one that nobody has used.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

It is designed to be wrong safely. Low-confidence results are flagged, anything binding waits for a person, and every decision keeps the evidence it was based on so a mistake can be found and fixed rather than argued about.

Who owns what you build?

You do — code, prompts, infrastructure definitions and evaluation data. You can take it elsewhere without asking our permission.

Do we need to know what we want before calling you?

No. Describe the part of the business that keeps fighting back. Half of what looks like a software problem turns out to be a hand-off problem, and that is worth finding out before anyone writes code.

Next step

Dites-nous ce qui ralentit votre entreprise.

Bring the workflow, the product idea or the growth problem. We will tell you what we would build, what we would not, and what it would take — and if the answer is that you should buy something instead, we will say that.
