Why Dubai
Dubai businesses do not have a technology problem. They have a process problem.
Dubai is where bilingual assistants stop being a refinement. Tenants, guests and customers ask in Arabic and English interchangeably, often on WhatsApp rather than a website, and expect an answer in the language they used. Property management and hospitality in particular carry enough repeat enquiry volume to justify it quickly.
Dubai businesses move quickly and buy on demonstrated capability rather than on process, which suits a studio that can put something working in front of you inside a few weeks. The recurring problems are growth problems: a property or trading business whose operations were designed for twenty staff and now has two hundred, or a group running four entities on four disconnected systems. Bilingual interfaces are frequently a requirement rather than a nice-to-have.

If you are comparing suppliers in Dubai, these are worth asking about before the portfolio comes out. They separate a system that will still be working in three years from one that demonstrates well.

Dubai is one hour behind Karachi. For practical purposes we are in the same working day. Seven or eight hours of overlap, every day. This is as close to a local team as remote delivery gets, and it is why most of our Gulf work runs on same-day decisions rather than next-day email.

Rules that shape the architecture
The UAE Personal Data Protection Law applies on the mainland, and DIFC has its own data protection regime with its own regulator. Five per cent VAT and the nine per cent corporate tax regime mean finance integrations have to produce records that stand up to an audit. Where a free zone sets its own rules, those are established before architecture, not after.

How is this different from the chatbot on our website now?
Most website chatbots match keywords to canned answers. This retrieves the relevant passages from your own material and answers from them with a citation, and it is built to hand over rather than to keep somebody trapped in a loop.
Will it make things up?
Language models can, which is why the system is built to contain it: retrieval over your documents, citations shown, output validated against a structure, and a person in front of anything that is binding.
Can it work in Arabic or Urdu as well as English?
Yes, and properly — right-to-left layout, correct typography and answers in the language the question was asked in. This site itself runs in seven languages with hand-written Arabic and Urdu pages.
What about confidential documents?
We agree in writing which service processes what, and use providers contractually bound not to retain your data or train on it. Where the workflow allows, material is redacted before it goes anywhere it does not need to be.
Can it book appointments or update our CRM?
It can, and that is exactly where care is needed. Actions that change records or commit time are given narrowly, logged, and in most designs confirmed by a person.
